The following instructions are to send a notification email for an active recall that is in the patient's file. See Create Recall for more information on creating recalls.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Recall.
- Within the Recall grid that displays, click the send email icon for the recall to send to the patient. Note: An email address must be present within the patient's Demographics component for an email icon to be available. See Example
- In the Send Message modal, click 'Yes.'
