Recalls have two statuses, active and assigned.
- Active: The patient needs to schedule an appointment for the specific encounter type within the recall.
- Assigned: An appointment is currently scheduled for the specific encounter type within the recall. Note: If you use communication integrations, messages will not be sent for recalls in assigned status.
Within the Recall component of a patient's file, there are three filter options to view the recalls:
- All: Displays recalls with either status.
- Active: Displays recalls with the status of active.
- Assigned: Displays recalls with the status of assigned.
