The following information pertains to a Recall report.
- Patient Recall: Patients that currently have an active recall in the recall component.
- Encounter: Patients that had an encounter within the specified date range.
- Last Encounter: Patients that had their last encounter within the specified date range.
- Last Encounter, No Appt: Patients that were last seen within the specified date range but have not made a current appointment. This information is used for the patients that did not have a recall set but need to have an appointment scheduled.
- Appointment: Patients that were scheduled during the specified date range and have not been started, canceled, no-showed, or rescheduled.
