The following information is to input information that will populate the HCFA in boxes 9, 9a, 9d, and 11d.
Instructions
- Open a pending insurance invoice.
- Access Additional Claim Info tab.
- In the field for Secondary Payer, select the insurance company. Note: Insurance companies that are active within the Insurance component of the patient's file are listed within the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Save.'
