RevolutionEHR provides the option to populate the provider's signature automatically on a printed prescription.
If you have uploaded the signature and it is still not populating on the prescription, verify your preferences setting.
Instructions
This setting can be updated with the Admin module or within Edit Profile.
Admin Module
- Access Admin > Employee/Roles > Employees > open the employee > Encounters.
- Beside "Always use my signature image on Rx printouts," check the box(es) beside the options for Eyeglass, Contact Lens, and/or Medication.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
Edit Profile
- Click your name in the system's navigation bar.
- Select Edit Profile.
- In the Edit Profile modal, in the Encounters section, beside "Always use my signature image on Rx printouts," check the box(es) beside the options for Eyeglass, Contact Lens, and/or Medication.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
