A service trigger automatically displays a CPT code in the Coding screen of an encounter. The following instructions are to remove a service code trigger.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Test Library > click on test category > locate test and open > Service Triggers.
- In the Location field, select the appropriate location. Note: Practices with multiple locations, the following steps must be repeated for each appropriate location.
- In the grid, click the delete icon for the service code trigger(s) to remove.
- In the Delete Service Trigger modal, click 'Yes.'
- Click 'Save.'
