Overview:
Rapid Review is a streamlined screen designed to provide quick access to encounter data. Please see the attachment for our Rapid Review Quick Guide.
The information found in Rapid Review is organized into three tabs, allowing easy navigation across different areas of data collection:
- History / Pre-Tests:
- RFV
- Medications
- Allergies
- Aided and Uncorrected Visual Acuities Tests
- Exam Recap:
- All tests with entered data
- Assessment & Plan:
- Today's diagnoses and associated care plans
- Performed services
By default, the most recent exam data for the patient is displayed. However, using the dropdown menu at the top left, users can select previous exams to view data from earlier encounters.
Accessing Rapid Review:
Rapid Review can be launched from several areas within the system:
- Homepage > Schedule Pod:
- Displays a teal button with an eye icon for any encounter marked In Progress or Completed.
- Schedule > Appointment Details:
- For appointments marked as Started, a teal Rapid Review button appears within the appointment details.
- Today’s Patients:
- Any Started appointment will show a teal button with an eye icon button for Rapid Review.
- Patient File > Exam History > Encounter History:
- All encounters feature a teal button with an icon eye icon button on the right side.
- Encounter Screen:
- When an encounter is open, a teal Rapid Review button appears to the right of the Pull Forward button.
- Reports > Schedule > Encounters:
- All results within this report display a teal eye icon button on the far right.
