Historical findings for a specific test can be viewed within an encounter.
Instructions
- Within an opened encounter, access a screen that contains a test.
- Within the header of the test, click the Test History icon
. - In the Test History modal, you can toggle your view between Grid View and Test View.
- To set the default Test History display, access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > Patients > Encounters > Display test history in grid view.
