Recall is automatically set when a Recall Care Plan Item is associated to a Diagnosis in the Plan screen of an encounter.
- From an encounter go to the Plan screen
- Drag a ‘Recall’ Care Plan item over to a diagnosis code. (The diagnosis codes in the plan screen are populated from the diagnoses added in Assessment screen)*
- Sign the encounter
*The Recall Care Plan item may also be associated to a diagnosis as part of a Recall Care Plan template
Important Note: Recall will only be set automatically the first time the encounter is signed. If a signed encounter is unsigned and a Recall Care Plan item is then associated to a diagnosis in the Plan screen, that recall will not be set the second time the encounter is signed.
