Service Agreement
To view and accept the twelve84 Service Agreement, complete the following steps.
- Access Admin > twelve84 powered by SmartFlow > Agreement & Subscriptions.
- Review the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement by clicking the link above the Accept button.
- Click 'I Accept.' The Accept button will only be enabled if the employee logged in is listed as a Billing, Administrative, or Technical contact. To update the setup of these three contacts:
- Access Admin > General > Contacts.
- Update the employee name for any/all of the contact fields.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
- The option to terminate the agreement is available after the agreement has been accepted. The Terminate button is enabled if the employee logged in is listed as a Billing, Administrative, or Technical contact. By terminating the agreement, you will no longer be able to submit orders through SmartFlow.
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
Subscriptions
Each location within your practice that orders twelve84 products must subscribe to this service.
- Subscribe:
- Access Admin > twelve84 powered by Smartflow > Agreement & Subscriptions.
- Click the + icon. The + icon is only enabled if the employee logged in is listed as a Billing, Administrative, or Technical contact. To update the setup of these three contacts:
- Access Admin > General > Contacts.
- Update the employee name for any/all of the contact fields.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
- In the Add Subscription modal, select the Location and twelve84 Contact within the dropdown menus.
- Click 'Save.'
- Your location is now listed within the twelve84 Subscriptions screen with a Kit Status of Ordered. A twelve84 employee will contact the subscribing office to complete the process.
- Kit Received; When your location receives the twelve84 kit:
- Access Admin > twelve84 powered by SmartFlow > Subscriptions > highlight your location > click 'Kit Received.'
- Your location's Kit Status will change to Received.
- Your location's information for Kit Received On and Kit Received By will be updated.
- The following changes occur automatically after step #3 is complete.
- Inventory:
- twelve84 products are imported into the categories for Eyeglass Frames, Lenses, and Eyeglass Lens Treatments.
- Physical Inventory items are added for eyeglass frames.
- All pricing information is automatically populated with the appropriate wholesale, retail price, and MSRP. Pricing related fields for twelve84 products and items are disabled and cannot be edited by the location.
- Order Processing: The SmartFlow processor is enabled. This can be verified by accessing Admin > General > Locations > open your location > Order Processing.
- Spectacle Lab: twelve84 is added as a spectacle lab. This can be verified by accessing Admin > Vendors/Partners > Spectacle Labs.
- Inventory:
- The following changes occur automatically after step #3 is complete.
