If you have selected "Send to VisionWeb" for your order and a blank page displays, complete the instructions below.
Instructions
- Open an order and access Frame Information.
- In the Source field, select any of the options except "Dropship to Lab." Note: VisionWeb integration does not work with dropship orders.
- Click 'Save.'
