The following instructions are to create an eyeglass order that is for lens and frames using the VisionWeb integration.
Instructions
- Create an eyeglass order.
- In the Processor field, select VisionWeb. Note: This action populates the list of suppliers available in the Name field.
- In the Name field, select the appropriate supplier.
- Complete all order information.
- Within Frame Information, in the Indicator field, select Lab Supplied. Note: Dropship to Lab is not available for the VisionWeb integration.
- Click 'Save.'
- Click 'Approve.'
- Click 'Send to 'VisionWeb.' Note: This button only displays after step #6.
- A VisionWeb Order Entry screen displays in a new browser window.
- In the Job Type field, select Supply Frame.
- Select Lens Type. Note: The Lens Type selection determines the options available within the Lens Design section.
- Select Lens Design. Note: The Lens Design selection determines the options available within the Lens Material section.
- Select Lens Material. Notice there is a reset button available to clear your selection and begin again.
- In the Available Treatments section, click on a selection to move it to the Selected Treatments section.
- In the Frame Information section, some entries within RevolutionEHR will pull over if those fields were completed. Complete any additional fields.
- If the field for ED has been completed, you should not select a lens shape. An error will display if you have completed the ED field and specified a shape.
- If a specific lens thickness is not indicated, the lab will decide the best thickness.
- Click 'Send Order Now.' Note: If "Save to Pending Orders" is clicked, the order does not display within RevolutionEHR as pending, it will remain in Approved status. It is only viewable as pending when logged into VisionWeb.
- To track the VisionWeb order from within RevolutionEHR, you can either:
- Copy/paste the "E-order #" field from VisionWeb into the field for "Vendor Order #" in RevolutionEHR.
- Print the order to a PDF and download to your computer. Access the Documents/Images tab from within the order and upload.
- Click 'Close Window' from within the VisionWeb order screen.
- Click 'Transmit Order' within RevolutionEHR.
