Overview
A Terminal Payment Receipt in RevPay is a PDF copy of the receipt generated directly from the payment terminal at the time a credit card transaction is processed. These receipts can be viewed or printed at any time for recordkeeping or customer reference. Terminal Payment Receipts are also available for payments processed through online payment links or the virtual terminal, providing a consistent receipt format across all RevPay payment methods.
Instructions
- Open the invoice.
- Select Payment History.
- Select the 'Print' icon for the RevPay line item.
- Print the terminal-style receipt.
