The following instructions are to Create Encounter Step.
- Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Step Library.
- Click the + icon.
- In the Name field, input the step name.
- In the Screen Category dropdown menu, select the screen category.
- Click the + icon for the appropriate screen(s) to add.
- Repeat steps #4 and #5 until all steps have been added to the screen.
- To change the order of the steps, focus your cursor over the ellipsis, click and hold, drag and drop to the desired position in the list.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
