The following instructions are to set schedule risk for patients.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Preferences. Note: This component includes the options to set schedule preferences for each day of the week as appropriate to your patient.
- Select a Scheduling Risk. Note: This is an optional setting and defaults to Low.
- Click the checkbox for "Patient can Schedule Appointments from Portal," if appropriate.
- Click 'Save.'
