Unsign Encounter

Providers can unsign an encounter in two ways:

• The edit icon located beside the provider name in the header of the encounter. 
• The Unsign button located on the Coding screen.

Instructions

 Edit Icon

1. Open an encounter.
2. Click the edit icon.
3. In the Unsign Encounter modal, input your RevolutionEHR password.
4. Click 'Save.' Note: The edit icon color changes from green to orange to indicate the encounter is unsigned.

Unsign Button

1. Open an encounter.
2. Access the Coding Screen.
3. Click 'Unsign.'
4. In the Unsign Encounter modal, input your RevolutionEHR password.
5. Click 'Save.' Note: The edit icon color changes from green to orange to indicate the encounter is unsigned.
