Inventory - Age Report

The Age Report displays the age of your products in your physical inventory.

Instructions

1. Access Reports > Inventory > Age.
2. Input search criteria. Note: Click Advanced Search for additional search fields.
3. Click 'Search.'
4. The search results display in the grid. If you prefer to see only the physical inventory items with stock, click the checkbox for "Items with stock." 
   • Stock columns explained:
     • Min Age Stk (Minimum Age Stock): The age of the newest stock for this specific physical inventory item that is currently in stock.
     • Max Age Stk (Maximum Age Stock): The age of the oldest stock for this specific physical inventory item that is currently in stock.
     • Avg Age Stk (Average Age Stock): The average age of the stock for this specific physical inventory item based on the items that are currently in stock.
     • Min Age (Minimum Age): This number is historic. It represents the age of the newest stocked item, including items currently in stock and items no longer in stock.
     • Max Age (Maximum Age): This number is historic. It represents the age of the oldest stocked item, including items currently in stock and items no longer in stock.
     • Avg Age (Average Age): This number is historic. It represents the average age of the stocked item, including items currently in stock and items no longer in stock.
