The following instructions are to stop a medication prescription within the patient's file.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for an open a patient > Rx.
Locate the medication you need to stop and click the Hand icon to stop it.
Select the Date Resolved, Reason, and add any additional comments.
- Click 'Apply'.
Note: These instructions apply to medication prescriptions managed directly within RevolutionEHR. They do not apply to medications managed through RXNT ePrescribing.
