Find Patient's File for Deceased Patient

The following instructions are to find a patient's file for a deceased patient.

Instructions

  1. Access Patients > Advanced Search.
  2. Enter patient name information.
  3. In the Status field, click 'Inactive.'
  4. Click 'Search.'
