The following instructions are to allow an unavailable appointment slot to be available.
- Access Schedule.
- Click the filter icon.
- Select Custom filter.
- In the Calendar Filter modal, in the Calendar Item Status section, ensure the checkboxes for No Show, Available Slots, and Unavailable Slots are checked.
- Click 'Save as Default,' or, 'Save.' Note: The No Show and the Unavailable Slot display. See Example
- Click the Unavailable appointment slot.
- In the Appointment Slot window, click 'Free Slot.' See Example
- In the Free Slot? modal, click 'Yes.' Note: The Appointment Slot is available to schedule appointments. See Example
