Once live with RevIntake, your practice will have access to the RevIntake Dashboard which allows you to view registration status, send appointment reminders manually, and run performance reports.
Instructions
Dashboard Navigation
- Login to the RevIntake Dashboard at dashboard.revintake.com using the same credentials you use for the Settings Portal, or the account established for you by your practice's admin.
- Select the location for which you want to view your patient schedule. See Example
- Select the date for which you want to view your patient schedule. See Example
Intake Forms
Confirm whether patients have completed the registration process by reviewing the “Intake” column.
- Green indicates that the patient has completed their registration.
- Yellow indicates that the patient has started, but not completed their registration.
View patient intake paperwork by clicking the green eye icon. See Example
A PDF form with all completed intake information will display. Print or download the PDF form by selecting an option from the menu on the top left corner.
Reminders
RevIntake will automatically send reminders to patients according to the preferences specified in the RevIntake Settings Portal. Message history can be viewed by selecting the text icon in the phone number column See Example

If a patient does not provide a mobile phone number, there will be a red phone icon (see example) next to the phone number, indicating the number as landline. Since landlines cannot receive text messages, patients with landlines will receive a reminder message through email only.
Basic Registration
Completed forms are automatically saved in RevolutionEHR in the RevIntake folder of your patients' Documents/Images. See Example
Premium Registration
Completed forms are automatically saved in RevolutionEHR in the patient's Interview History.
- Click Interview History on left menu: See Example
- Click the print button to see the completed registration form: See Example
Reporting
Reporting metrics allow customers to measure the performance of RevIntake messages and registration. To view, select the Reports tab in the header.
View Contact Metrics
The Contact Metrics report provides information on RevIntake outreach efforts. See Example
- Select the time period for which you want to view the report.
- Patients Scheduled shows the number of patients scheduled during the time period.
- Patient Contacted shows the number of patients contacted during the time period.
- Responses show the number of responses broken down by type.
- You can export a CSV file of the reporting metrics by clicking the Export logs button.
View Registration Metrics
The Registration Metrics report provides reporting on patient registration activities. See Example
- Select the time period for which you want to view the report.
- Patients Scheduled shows the number of patients scheduled during the time period.
- Patient required to register shows the number of patients that have been sent messages with a link to register during the time period.
- Registration status shows how many patients registered and how many did not register.
- Completed registration shows the number of patients who completed registration.
- You can export a CSV file of the reporting metrics by clicking the Export logs button.
View the Patient Engagement Table
The Patient Engagement report provides reporting on patient confirmation and registration activities. See Example
- Select the time period for which you want to view the report.
- Select if you want to see monthly or daily totals
- You can export a CSV file of the reporting metrics by clicking the Export Table button.
Appointment Management
This feature is for customers who select "Send appointment confirmation messages" in the Communication tab of the RevIntake Settings Portal. See Example
View appointment confirmation status in the “Status” column. See Example
- Green indicates that the patient has confirmed their appointment.
- Red indicates that the patient has canceled their appointment in RevolutionEHR
- Orange indicates that the patient has rescheduled their appointment in RevolutionEHR
