RevIntake - How do I update messaging preferences?

There may be a time where you would like to change the timing and wording of your RevIntake message templates.

1. Log into the RevIntake Settings Portal
2. Select Communication from the Action drop down
3. Review the Message Preferences for the appointment types to receive the messages
4. Review the Message Settings for timing and wording of messages
5. Select the blue Edit button to open the different settings
   • Massage Timing – Frequency
   • Message Wording: Emails & Text
     • Text messages have a character limit of 140 including spaces and special characters
   • Landing Page Settings – How you’d like the landing page message to read
6. Select Yes or No for any additional encounter/appointment types to specify communication. If so, follow steps 3-5
