Patient responses will partially update in their file with a user’s acceptance. To explain, please review the article below to see pictures of the information and how it populates within the patient chart. If you scroll through the images with the arrow button to the right, you will see the different screens within Revolution and how it populates within the patient chart.

We first suggest that you use the pull forward button in the exam, to pull forward information from the previous exam. The previous information will populate in the exam fields, in white.
For Insurance, Medications and Allergies, the data will populate in the RevolutionEHR fields after you have accepted it by using the green check box. There will be a few fields that you need to complete prior to saving ie: Priority and Type for insurance.
For ROS and PFSH if you use the pull forward, the information from the previous exam will populate in the white fields, the patient submitted information will populate in a yellow box above these fields. We suggest that you manually reconcile the information that the patient submitted from the yellow into the white.
The No Changes button on the ROS and PFSH screen will remove the information from the previous exam (if you used pull forward) and replace it with the data the patient submitted. If the patient were a new patient, with no data in their exam, you could use the No Changes button on the ROS or PFSH screen to pull in the data that the patient submitted.
If there is any concern about using pull forward, because it brings in too much data from the previous exam, please review the following link. It will explain how to exclude different screens and tests from Pull Forward.
