This article guides you through the setup process for each RevIntake service you might have subscribed to. Additionally, since the RevIntake Settings Portal can be used to edit your settings at any time, this article also prepares you for changes you might choose to make in the future.
Please note that for RevIntake to sync with your practice, it must be enabled in your RevolutionEHR. The "Initial Login and Locations" video below and a guidance document at the bottom of this article provides a walk through of how to enable RevIntake.

Please note:
- If you are a Premium customer or upgrading from Basic to Premium you may not see Registration Settings options.
- Most of the questions in the library map directly to fields within RevolutionEHR, therefore changes to type and fields should not be necessary.
- All questions default to "required" and this setting should be reviewed and updated to "optional" as appropriate for your practice.
- The Insurance section includes logic requesting both Medical and Vision insurance.
