The following instructions are to customize the credit card receipt that is printed within RevolutionEHR when you are using RevPayments.
Instructions
- Access Admin > RevolutionEHR Solutions > RevPayments > select your location.
- Make a note of the Terminal ID within the MOTO Service Account section, and the Terminal ID within the Retail Service Account section.
- Access Open Edge and log in.
- Click your name in the navigation bar.
- Select Administration Panel. Note: If the Administration Panel option does not display, you do not have the appropriate access permission. Contact your office's system admin.
- Click 'Terminals.'
- Select the Terminal ID that you made a note of in step #2. Note: This will need to be repeated for both Terminal ID's, thus, either number is fine to process first.
- Access Configuration.
- Click 'Edit.
- In the Return Policy field, input your customized message.
- Click 'Save.'
