Inbox within RevEngage provides two-way communication with the patient using text messages. Practices can send a text message to one patient or to a group of patients. Patients can reply to the text message and all communications are displayed within the Inbox.
RevEngage needs to be opened within a new browser tab for the user to receive text message notifications. The following instructions are to open a new browser tab from within the RevEngage module.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage.
- Click the open in browser icon located in the upper right-hand corner. See Example Note: RevolutionEHR remains opened within the original browser tab.
