A new message can be sent to multiple patients. Patients can respond to the message, however, their response is only known to the practice, not to other patients within the group message.
The following instructions are to send a message to multiple patients from existing contacts.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Inbox.
- Click 'Broadcast.'
- In the Search field, search and select the contacts.
- Click 'Next.'
- Select a Template from the dropdown menu.
- If necessary, update the Content text.
- Click 'Next.'
- Review the message and confirm the contacts that display.
- Click 'Next.'
- Select send time, or, schedule the message using the Date and Time fields. Note: If you select a send time, you do not have to click 'Schedule' as it is no longer available.
- Click 'Schedule.'
