RevEngage can send response messages automatically when the practice receives messages outside of business hours. It can also be set to send a response message automatically if the practices experiences an emergency closure. The following instructions are to setup an Away Response.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Inbox.
- Click the gear icon.
- Click the appropriate setting for your situation, i.e., OFF, AUTO, ALWAYS-ON.
- Input text for the message to your patient if the setting is not set to off.
- Auto: The away response in the text box is sent automatically if a message is received outside of business hours.
- Always on: The away response in the text box is sent automatically to all messages received. This is suggested for emergency situations when the office closes unexpectedly.
- Click 'SAVE MESSAGE.'
