A new message can be sent to multiple patients. Patients can respond to the message, however, their response is only known to the practice, not to other patients within the group message.
The following instructions are to send a message to multiple patients from the schedule.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Inbox.
- Click 'Broadcast.'
- Select 'From schedule.'
- Complete the From and To date range.
- In the Patients group field, select from the dropdown menu. Note: See RevEngage - Patient Groups - Add for more information.
- Click 'Next.'
- Select a Template from the dropdown menu.
- If necessary, update the Content text.
- Click 'Next.'
- Review the message and confirm the contacts that display.
- Click 'Next.'
- Select send time, or, schedule the message using the Date and Time fields. Note: If you select a send time, you do not have to click 'Schedule' as it is no longer available.
- Click 'Schedule.'
