Change Size and/or Color for Frames in Inventory

Products that are imported from FramesData are connected to a master catalog and cannot be edited. These products are updated automatically by the system to include new colors and sizes. If a user needs to enter a color or size not currently available, we recommend manually adding the product.  

The following instructions are to add size and color options to frames that were manually added to inventory.

Instructions

1. Access Inventory > Products.
2. Search for and select the line item in the grid to open the frame to edit.
3. Access the Options tab.
4. Complete the following as needed for your product:
   • Add Color:
     1. Click '+Add Color.'
     2. In the Add Color modal, in the Color Name field, input a name.
     3. The Color Code field is optional.
     4. Click '+Add.'
   • Add Size:
     1. Click '+Add Size.'
     2. In the Add Frame Size modal, complete all necessary fields.
     3. Click '+Add.'
5. Repeat step #4 for additional colors and sizes.
