The Audit Log provides information on employees that have accessed and/or changed a patient's demographics. Note: This report does not display other areas of the system that an employee has accessed.
- Access Reports > Administration > Access > Audit Log.
- Date Range is required
- User is optional, however, it will reduce the results displayed if you are searching for actions by a specific employee.
- Select Patient.
- Select 'Demographics' from the Entity drop down menu.
- Click 'Search.'
- The results display the employee, date and time, and action by the employee. Note: Export the results by clicking the gear icon and select Export.
When the action column displays that an 'Update' was done, a data log can be viewed by clicking on the numbers displayed in the Data Log column. The HTML file that opens contains the information that existed in Demographics when the update was applied. Note: The log displays all Demographic information, and not just the updated field.
