Apply an Order Package to an Eyeglass Order

This article explains how to apply configured optical order packages to eyewear orders in RevolutionEHR.

Instructions

1. Create or open an eyeglass order.
2. Select a package from the dropdown on the upper left.
3. Example:
4. Based on the package configuration the appropriate Lens Details may populate automatically.  If the package is not set up with Lens Details, these will need to be selected manually.
5. All Eyeglass Lens Treatments included in the package will automatically populate in the corresponding fields for Lens Options, Tints and/or Coatings.
6. Review the order for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.
7. The order is now ready for approval and billing.
