Fee Schedule - Set $0.00 Maximum Allowable

The following instructions are to set a $0.00 maximum allowable on a fee schedule.

Instructions

1. Access Admin > Accounting > Fee Schedules > open a fee schedule.
2. Click the Assign icon for the appropriate line item.
3. In the Assign Fee Schedule modal, in the Fees Type field, select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
4. Click 'Search.'
5. Input $0.00 in the field for Max Allowable column for the appropriate line item.
6. Click 'Save.' Note: The default value within the Max Allowable column field is $0.00. This value might need to be changed to a value other than $0.00 and then changed back to $0.00 for the system to save. Thus, if needed, 
   1. Input a value higher than $0.00.
   2. Click 'Save.'
   3. Close the Assign Fee Schedule modal.
   4. Repeat steps #2 - #6.
7. Close the Assign Fee Schedule modal.
8. Repeat steps #2 - #5 for each fee schedule line item.
9. Click 'Save.'
10. Add the fee schedule to an invoice to see the associated changes.
