The following instructions are to set a $0.00 maximum allowable on a fee schedule.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Accounting > Fee Schedules > open a fee schedule.
- Click the Assign icon for the appropriate line item.
- In the Assign Fee Schedule modal, in the Fees Type field, select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Search.'
- Input $0.00 in the field for Max Allowable column for the appropriate line item.
- Click 'Save.' Note: The default value within the Max Allowable column field is $0.00. This value might need to be changed to a value other than $0.00 and then changed back to $0.00 for the system to save. Thus, if needed,
- Input a value higher than $0.00.
- Click 'Save.'
- Close the Assign Fee Schedule modal.
- Repeat steps #2 - #6.
- Close the Assign Fee Schedule modal.
- Repeat steps #2 - #5 for each fee schedule line item.
- Click 'Save.'
- Add the fee schedule to an invoice to see the associated changes.
