Folders in the Documents/Images component are available within the patients' file. These folders are the same regardless of which patient has been accessed. Thus, keep in mind that adding a folder into a patient's file makes that same folder option available for all patients. However, the files within the folder are unique to the patient that has been accessed.
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient file > Documents/Images.
- Click ‘+ Add Folder.’
- In the Add Folder modal, enter a name for the folder. Note: As mentioned above, the folder is added to all patients, thus, ensure the name you input is general to all patients and not specific to the patient that you have accessed.
- Click ‘Save’.
