Folders in the Documents/Images component are available within the patient's file. These folders are the same regardless of which patient has been accessed. Thus, keep in mind that renaming a folder makes that same folder option available for all patients. However, the files within the folder are unique to the patient that has been accessed.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient file > Documents/Images.
- Right click on the folder to rename.
- Select Rename Folder.
- In the Rename Folder modal, enter a folder name.
- Click 'Save.'
