For practices with multiple locations, an employee's access to each location must be setup within Admin. Removing an employee's access to a practice's location can prevent items from being ordered or billed to a location in error. The following instructions are to remove an employee's access.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Employee/Roles > Employees > search for and open the employee > Location Access.
- In the Accessible Locations section, uncheck the location to remove their access.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
