RevIntake Premium Registration customers can manage the list of insurance companies patients see during registration via the RevIntake Settings tool.
The list of insurance companies comes directly from your RevolutionEHR environment, review your current list in RevolutionEHR > Admin > Vendors/Partners > Insurance Companies and update as necessary. This includes deactivating records as appropriate. See Example
In the RevIntake Settings portal, in the Action dropdown menu, select Insurance. See Example
From the Insurance screen, click the refresh button, and select the insurance company names you would like to display. Ensure they have a patient friendly name, and indicate if they are Medical, Vision, or Both. Reorder this list by drag and drop using the ellipsis icon to the left of the name. See Example
