The following instructions are to add a Family/Contact to a patient's file.
Instructions
Family Member
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Family/Contacts component.
- Click the '+ Family Member.'
- In the Select a Patient modal, search for the family member.
- In the Patient Demographics section, select a Family Role from the dropdown menu for the family member you are adding.
- Select the family member from the grid.
- Click 'Save.'
Contact
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Family/Contacts component.
- Click the '+ Contact.'
- In the Add New Contact modal, complete the required fields.
- Click 'Add.'
