If your scanner freezes when in the process of scanning documents, troubleshoot with the following fixes:
- Update the scanner's driver. Complete an internet search for your specific scanner's model information plus use the phrase "TWAIN driver." Follow the information to download the most up to date driver for your scanner.
- Verify your PC is up to date with all updates and ensure you have downloaded optional updates.
- Verify you have the current updates for your browser.
If you have all the current updates for the scanner, PC, and browser and your scanner is still freezing, please contact Customer Support.
