The security of your office and your patient information is very important to us, thus, any password resets need to be completed internally at your practice by a System Admin.
- Access Admin > Employee/Roles > Employees > open the employee > Login Details.
- Click 'Reset Password.' This action creates a system generated temporary password. Provide this password information to the employee. Note: The temporary password will need to be entered as the current password when the employee is resetting their password.
- Click 'Save.' The employee can now sign into RevolutionEHR using the new system generated temporary password; they will be prompted to create a new password.
