The following instructions are for you to assist patient's with resetting their password within RevolutionPHR.
Instructions
- Patient's must have a valid and active email within RevolutionEHR's Demographics module.
- Access RevolutionPHR.
- On the login screen, click the link for "Forgot Password?" See Example
- Input the username.
- Click 'submit.'
- An email is sent to the patient's email as it is setup within RevolutionEHR's Demographics module.
- Complete the instructions as noted in the email.
