This article explains how to enable Authorized Patients access so a family member, caregiver, or guarantor can access a patient profile in the RevolutionPHR Patient Portal. Patients, including minors, must have Patient Portal access enabled.
Instructions
- Access Patients.
- Search for and open the patient record.
- In the Patient Information header bar, select patient portal hyperlink.
- In the Authorized Patients section, enable Authorized Patients access for the patient.
- Select ‘Save’.
- Log out and log back in to apply the changes.
Once enabled, the authorized user can access linked patient profiles by logging in to the Patient Portal and selecting the patient from the Authorized Patients list.
