The following instructions are to provide access to a family member to RevolutionPHR for a patient. Patients, including minors, must have access setup to RevolutionPHR for their family member to have access.
Instructions
- Access Patients.
- Search for the patient that you are providing the family member's access.
- Access Demographics > Login Information.
- In the Authorized Patients section, click the checkbox for the family member that is to have access.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
