Patients can be provided access to the schedule within RevolutionPHR. With this access, they can schedule their appointments without calling your office.
Instructions
Enable Patient Access
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open practice location > PHR Settings.
- In the PHR Patient Scheduling section, check the box beside the option(s):
- Existing patients can schedule appointments through the PHR.
- Newly registered patients can schedule appointments through the PHR.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
Enable Encounter Template
- Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Templates.
- Open the template that you want accessible to the patient.
- In the Interview Template field, select the appropriate template.
- Check the box beside "PHR Schedulable."
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
Enable Schedule Appointment Slot
- Access Schedule.
- Single click the appointment slot that you want accessible to the patient.
- Beside Portal, click the checkbox for "Patient can schedule."
- Click 'Save.'
- In the Edit Occurrence modal, select the radio button for "Edit this and all future occurrences."
- Click 'Save.'
