The following instructions are to allow patients to complete the encounter interview within RevolutionPHR.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Encounters / Interviews > Encounter Templates > open the Encounter Template.
- In the PHR Name field, enter the name of the interview you want displayed within RevolutionPHR.
- In the Interview Template field, select from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
