If the Transmit button is not enabled for use on an Optical order, one of the following situations may apply:
- A prescription is not associated to the order.
- Open the order.
- Access the Rx and Lens tab.
- Click 'View Rx History.'
- Select a Rx.
- Click 'Save.'
- The prescription associated to the order has not been authorized by the provider, thus, it is in pending status. After the prescription is authorized, the Transmit button is enabled for use.
