Canceled Order In Error

A canceled order cannot be un-canceled. However, you can either duplicate the order or remake the order. 

Instructions

1. Access Orders.
2. Filter for canceled orders.
3. Open the order.
4. Click either 'Duplicate Order' or 'Remake Order.'
5. A new order is opened; process order as needed. 

Additional Information

• Duplicate Order generates a new order that is identical to the canceled order with all items in the order available as unassigned billable items once the new order is approved.
• Remake Order generates a new order that is identical to the canceled order. However, any invoices associated to the canceled order are associated to the new order and any items assigned to those invoices are listed as assigned billable items once the new order is approved.
