The following instructions are to a add patient's surgery history from within an encounter.
Instructions
- Open an encounter.
- Access the Surgeries screen. Note: This area of the encounter is customizable, thus, the name used by your practice may vary.
- Click the + icon.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click 'Save.'
