The following instructions are to send an email reminder to a patient for their booked appointment.
Instructions
- Access Schedule.
- Locate and click the booked appointment.
- For an email to be sent, RevolutionEHR references the information from the patient's Demographics component within the patient's file. This data can be verified by clicking the link provided with the patient's name. Within the Personal Details tab and the Communication Opt-In section, the patient must not have opted out of email communication. Also, a valid email address must be entered in the Phone/Email section.
- In the Appointment window, click the email icon.
- In the Send Message modal, click 'Yes.' See Example Email
