The system provides two ways to determine an employee's action on appointments.
Instructions
Schedule
- Access Schedule > Filter icon > Custom filter.
- In the Calendar Items Status section, check the boxes for Office Canceled and Patient Canceled.
- Click 'Save.'
- Click the canceled appointment within the schedule.
- In the Appointment pane, access Notes, the Description column displays the username for the employee that canceled the appointment and the reason for canceling.
Patients
- Access Patients > search for and open the patient > Exam History > Appointment History.
- Open the appointment.
- In the Appointment Notes section, the Description column displays the username for the employee that canceled the appointment and the reason for canceling.
