RevolutionEHR displays an accounting error message noted as, "An Error Has Occurred," in the following scenarios:
- When receiving a payment, there are no items within the Payment Items screen of an invoice and there is a Transfer or Write-off reason on the same invoice.
- When an item has been removed from an invoice and there is an attempt to post a payment, write-off, or transfer on the empty invoice.
To correct the error, uncheck the $0.0 invoice in the Receive Payment modal. This action allows the payment to be applied to the invoice.
